Master in Empathy - Market Research & Program Development (2021)

Client: Learning by Helping | Group: Dinno

This project involved conducting market research and developing a strategic framework for a new online educational program, the Master in Empathy. Using the TrendsLab Process, we analyzed emerging trends in education, technology, and user behavior. Key insights highlighted the shift towards virtual education, human-centered product design, and the rising importance of empathy as a professional skill.

We identified four key user segments: Space Activists, Coat Heroes, Blue Caregivers, and Social Savvys, each with unique motivations and needs. Our strategic recommendations included humanizing education, adopting disruptive learning methodologies, and promoting digital-physical hybridization for future adaptability.
